"Location is helpful for walking to the Gion temples and the main shopping area. (10 mins walk to each). The hotel is on a quieter residential street with large apartment blocks nearby. Handy to have a Family Mart in the same building. Our street view room was okay, the layout was very strange but had everything you needed. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was tiny and very cramped. We stayed over a weekend and it did get noisy."

I kept sneezing constantly while inside, but had no problems once I stepped outside, which made it clear the air quality in the room was poor."
