"The good: The room was spotless and very clean. Excellent location- walking distance to all the main shops and restaurants. Areas of opportunity: We so happened to come during a huge heat wave and there is no AC. Asked the front desk about a fan and they didn’t have any fans. Also asked about a water dispenser or anything to refill my water bottle and they suggested the convince store adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast was ok, sort of what you’d expect for a free hotel breakfast. Nothing exciting but did the trick. Overall, would stay here again based on the location and cleanliness. Just make sure you don’t visit during a heatwave. "

"Property has a great location because it’s close to all the stores and restaurants. Few walks away from great restaurants and super close to the beach! The room was nice, clean, and cozy! Both the interior and exterior of the property were beautiful. Every corner was instagram-able. Staff were nice and accommodating. Would definitely book here if we decide to come back to Carmel! "
