"Very relaxing and authentic experience. The meals were so elaborate and delicious! Beautiful setting."

"The property itself is really nice and they offer pick up/drop off from Gora station. Breakfast was good. There isn’t a lot around this hotel so it seems best for those planning to stay at the hotel for meals/amenities/etc. They offer scheduled drop offs at Odawara train station but it’s only convenient for those going back to Tokyo (we were headed to Kyoto and had to take the city bus instead)."

"Very cool experience. The meal is a very traditional Japanese meal, with of course the main meal being the pick of your choice. The waygu beef was fabulous. Pricey option itself as an onsen, but the most affordable that we could find!"

"Loved our stay. The views from the rooms are amazing."

"Amazing facility and amazing service. Our first time staying at a ryokan and it was such a great experience. It was amazing to slow down, relax and unplug from the outside world. We were greeted with a welcome drink and treat and then continued to have exceptional service. Thank you so much for such a lovely night. The cedar bath on the deck was so great to relax in and the hotel smells amazing and is spotless."
