The room was very clean, and the service exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were all excellent.

This property is incredible, the staff were amazing and so kind. From the moment we arrived until we were taken back to the airport by the shuttle was seamless and carefree. No notes, a must stay!
Breakfast Buffet was pretty good with both Japanese and western offerings. I wish there was a more protein rich yogurt choice however. Great juices! The rooms were small but nice.
The staff were all great - a highlight of the hotel!
Everything was great and the concierge service even better. Oka was great by helping us with everything. Also, Kana from the restaurant was very attentive by offering vegan food to us.
Right at the sunset beach. The hotel is well maintain and lots of water activities offered. You might want to reconsider if you are planning to stay the winter time as the outdoor pool will not be opening. The breakfast is amazing.
This is a very new hotel so everything was very clean and orderly. Staff was helpful and parking was easy. Nearby Sunset Beach is an excellent spot to watch Miyakojima’s beautiful sunset.
Great view and nice pool, while still under development around the area. It's a bit tough to access to the city area without a car.

Beautiful view of the bridge and ocean. Clean hotel. Kind staff. Swimming pool was very slippery so I slipped and hit my head on the rail. Luckily I didn’t have any serious injuries, but I think the management should do something about this because elderly or children could have serious accidents. Only one pool was open (for very short hours) when we visited in March, so I felt like we didn’t get what we paid for. Breakfast buffet was so-so.
First time visiting Miyako Island and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The hotel staff were exceptional! Extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.
The food at the hotel was excellent and staff in both restaurants were great. I was there for two weeks, and the shift supervisor was very concerned that I would get tired of the menu and offered several times to prepare something different for me. I speak zero Japanese, but the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and spoke to me in English as much as possible. Not expected from me by any means.
One of the best places I have stayed. View from my room will be hard to best in any part of the world.
Thanks Hilton Miyako!
Delighted with hotel, shame facilities were closed due to weather

Both breakfast and dinner had few dishes using local ingredients, and there was little sense of Japan or Miyakojima, which was disappointing. The variety was limited, and there was neither deliciousness nor excitement.”
