Everything is as expected.
However, they should not Automatically charged additional 150 Yen per person, 3 of us as we did not use it or asked us if we're interested in taking the Hot Springs Facility.

The room I stayed in was extremely hot and air conditioning system was so outdated and a temp setting control was only available in just three modes: low, mid and high. After I had complained about room being too hot, they brought a fan, which was just circulating hot air. I could not sleep at all during the night because it was too uncomfortably hot in the room!
A toilet bowl was not cleaned and filthy!
I will NEVER stay at this hotel!!

Freue mich auf nÀchstes Mal
Hotel feiert 70. Geburtstag, dennoch alles schön erhalten. Personal freundlich, auch wenn die Kommunikation manchmal lĂ€nger dauert. Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Ich wĂŒrde jederzeit wieder in Executive Stockwerk ĂŒbernachten.
