"Pool wasn't open, even though that was a main reason for the booking. Not one email was sent about that. Property is beyond aged, like it's needs to be totally refreshed. Bedding is actually ripped and stained. Asked front office staff on how to take the train to get downtown, they had no idea. Odd! I'm honestly trying to be kind."
