"There was no WiFi signal on the side of hotel that we were staying at and TV was going in and out of connection. "

"Small double bed with very hard uncomfortable mattress. Peeling paint on bannister . Torn staircarpet. Water running all night in toilet . Broken seal on shower door . Would not recommend property for families due to staircase property just seems tired and needs attention . It did have a damp smell "

"Manager on the desk went out of his way to make up for the fact that I 1. Missed breakfast on day 01 as I didn’t realise breakfast was included 2. I didn’t get much sleep on the first night due to a very noisy person above my room late at night & early in the morning. He straight away moved me to a better , bigger double room and got chef to do me a cooked breakfast to go and even. Packed lunch ! Would definitely stay again :) "

"About Property: Tones of issues 1) House was not cleaned at all. It was full of dust and spider web everywhere. No vacuum cleaner in the house, no cleaner was available. I need to clean it all myself using mop and little brush. 2) House was super cold, Thermostat was giving some error code and later on found valves on radiator were not open 3) Coffee table was broken, it was reported months ago by another guest but no action taken. "Such a lovely welcoming B&B! Lovely lounge with roaring fire for guests use, rooms and beds comfy and clean, breakfasts are amazing, and host lovely. We stayed in the double room with twin beds - the twin beds are in a separate room, which is a great bonus!"
