"Property was not cleaned, spider webs with huge spiders above the bed, staring at them while you sleep. We found a scorpion at the door which was terrifying, the AC worked but did not do much we were sweating during the day and couldn’t sleep at night. The pillows were of such poor quality and approx 2 inches thickness, our necks are sore. The washer machine is broken and no bidet. The pool was also full of bugs.
