". I am in a domestic violence situation in another town and I needed a safe place to be and stay with my 2 service animals so I booked the grand vista hotel in parachute for friday Saturday Sunday leave on Monday or try and stay a few more days. Cause I was gonna relocate there. The peraon who was to pick me up Monday at check out left me there stranded. I notified the front desk and told them the details. They said i Cloud leave my stuff in the meeting room until I could find help getting home or help paying another night. I returned for my belonging to find the door was locked and no one had the key all my items including my wallet was there. My food my dogs food. I could not get my belonging so the front desk employee said I could stay there she would comp the room.i told her I had 58 dollars but my wallet was in that locked room she said it's fine. .10:57 am the owner came banging on my door he said get ur stuff and get out. I said OK. Give me a minute he said u pay for room I take what m money u have . The. He said get out of here and never come back . I tried to explain the domestic situation he said he did not care. I had 4 bags and 2 dogs stranded in a town I never been to before. He followed me out the door and seen I was struggling with the bags and dogs he said get out of here. I never have been so upset over someone that rude and heartless... owner is an ass uncaring and mean. They lost the key so my stuff was unavailable to me . I needed to be safe ."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful inn, and the setting alone makes it worth the visit. Nestled within a vineyard, the surroundings are simply breathtaking — the kind of view you don't get tired of. The complimentary wine reception was a lovely touch, made even better by Laura's warm and attentive service. Dinner at the Tapestry Lounge was a highlight as well — our server Juan was exceptional, going above and beyond to make the meal memorable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. We left feeling genuinely refreshed. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, wine-country getaway."
