Tengo mucho cariño a este lugar. Trato de ir cada verano. Año a año se ve su deterioro hasta el punto que este año la estancia no ha sido tan cómoda. El aire acondicionado apenas da frio, los baños estan en mal estado, con juntas de silicona con moho, gritas en los azulejos..la pintura de las paredes desconchadas, humedades..

Muy buen hotel, detalles a mejorar

Excelente trato del personal y muy buen SPA Un poco de desorganización en el desayuno, falta de productos a la hora pico 10:15 a 11:00, teniendo que esperar que repongan para poder desayunar. Y lo que sí no me parece adecuado poner un albornoz roto ya varias veces, cosido y sobre cosido.

No pudimos usar el Palacio del Agua.

Muy regular, íbamos a relajarnos con mi hija y resulta que nadie nos indicó que a las 21:00 los niños no podían estar en el SPA. Cuando se reserva te mandan un enlace del hotel (que sabía que éramos dos adultos y un niño de 10 años) en ese enlace uno confirma la hora, íbamos a llegar a las 19:50 así que reservé a las 20:15. Al llegar al hotel faltaba albornoz de mi hija. Estuvimos spa de 20:50 a 21:05. No nos dieron solución viable y se desentendieron totalmente. Al día siguiente no podíamos ir porque viajábamos. La aplicación informática no te debería dejar hacer reservas con menores sabiendo que a las 21:00 tienen que estar fuera (nosotros lo desconocíamos). Aquie en la página de hoteles.com no lo indican en ningún sitio.

Muito bom para local de termas edifícios classicos

Gostei de tudo. Ter em conta que o parque custa 12€/dia. As crianças pagam 26€ e não 22€ para o palácio da água. De resto foi tudo muito simpático. 25€ por pessoa se jantarem no hotel. Com custo ligeiramente superiores mas não foi isso que manchou a minha estadia. Removendo a 100%

Me gustaron las vistas. Reservamos la habitación para ir al balneario y cuando llamamos para reservar no pudimos escoger hora para ir, tuvimos que bajar ya por no tener sitio. No me parece normal, si yo reservo con derecho a spa que pongan cuando se hace la reserva a que hora queremosir

Lo peor el servicio de desayuno, principalmente por culpa del encargado que a nosotros nos quitó de la mano en gesto muy feo una botella de agua de Mondariz para luego total devolvérnosla porque lo que queríamos nosotros era agua del tiempo y no fría. Se lo hizo también a otro cliente de una mesa contigua ante su más que comprensible enfado y ante la cara de perplejidad de otros clientes. Además, se acababan ciertos productos (quesos, membrillos, yogures...) que no se reponían.

La estancia vista en su conjunto de una noche con desayuno incluido y spa buena, si bien las habitaciones y baños necesitan una reforma para ser un 4 estrellas (mobiliario y pintura), igual las zonas comunes y salones. La tv no funcionó. Personal agradable y atento. Buena comida (italiano).

Mayor mantenimiento de las instalaciones

El hotel requiere una reforma global urgente. Tiene muchos detalles que deben mejorarse... pinturas, muebles de las habitaciones, baños, iluminación estropeada. Lo mejor es el balneario, sin duda. A las habitaciones les falta encanto. El entorno, los jardines también requieren cuidado o mantenimiento, como las instalaciones, aunque, en este caso, en menor grado.
