The room we booked was without proper window, this was not mentioned on the hotels.com platform at the time we made our booking. The staff was very supportive and as other rooms were available we could move to a super nice room with a balcony. We needed to pay for the upgrade, but the amount was super fair. We definitely would come back and fully recommend the hotel."
