"Great place, great food and great people"

"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. "Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful location. The hotel is magical, and the Staff were outstanding. Everything about our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The food from the restaurant wasn't to our liking, however this didn't affect our stay. I would recommend having a car to explore as there is nothing much within walking distance, however the hotel is so beautiful you may not want to go anywhere else! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "
