"Staff failed to inform us about rules and regulations. Was forced to seek housekeeper. Pool area was too congested, with too many chairs lined up along edge of pool. Wife caught her foot getting up from a lounge chair and caught her foot on the leg and feel scraping her knee and bruising her foot. ..."
