"We had a lovely experience. The grounds and the upstairs balcony in the Composer House were perfect."

"Good location"

"Like most Graduates, the interior design of the property and rooms was excellent. It would be nice to have free coffee for guests, otherwise we absolutely loved it"

"Love the tea and cookies at check in plus the free breakfast and staff are all very friendly"

"Clean, roomy, helpful staff, good breakfast"

"Very limited breakfast, almost no staff and no need as well, as the room was well maintained. Big parking and close to many restaurants and also close to motorway. Room size was big with 2 Tv. Its worth the price of room"

"The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were great! The neighborhood was transitional with unhoused individuals hanging around the property. Free coffee would have been nice in the lobby instead of waiting in line to purchase from an understaffed cafe"

"easy check in, almost everything is in walking distance. The new restaurant/bar is very nice with live music!"

"The place was very cozy. The park was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The real mugs, glasses, and plates at breakfast felt so homey. Breakfast was much better than expected. A good assortment of bagels, fruit, and yogurt. The room was great. Both the bed and couch were very comfortable and the bed was much bigger than other king size I have seen. Very nice place overall."

"A beautiful hotel and in such a great location!!"

"I like the property overall, water level in toilet was low, so you had to flush at least twice. Also, electric outlets are worn and need replacing. I didn’t like the coffee, Nescafé!"

"When I checked in, the first room had a loud knocking noise coming from the bathroom. I went downstairs. The girl was very nice. She gave me another room. I went all the way upstairs and walked in the room and the toilet was running, and the handle was broken on it. I think I’m on the phone and called the girl who was very nice. She brought me up new keys for another room. Until I got back about 11 PM and was chilly and turned on the heat and the whole room smelled like it was going to burn down...

"The staff were kind, and the place was clean and managed well, especially for the price bracket I was looking for. However, it is a cheaper option for a reason. The TV was glitchy. There were only two pillows to each queen bed, and though they were soft they were divided between three of us and they flattened so much it was less than comfortable. They knew three people would be in the room but there were only the standard 2 sets of different sized towels waiting. And the staff member I saw...
