Breakfast staff was a couple of teenagers on their phone hiding in the back while the garbage can was overfull, waffle batter was empty, soap in the ladies room was empty. forks were gone. "It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk."

"The staff was friendly and property was clean but our room smelled like urine really bad. I possibly would stay in a smaller room in future but the big room with kitchenette was very smelly of strong urine. The staff were nice though."

"Our room was good until we came back to a ton of ants on the table. Thankfully the front desk employee was very quick to apologize and give us a different room. I am unsure if housekeeping is supposed to change sheets but they absolutely did not change them. They only gave us towels, left the old mats on the floor and took the garbage. Also the store was supposed to be open at 8am on Tuesday and was not. Overall it was a good stay but not great"

"The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"We needed a room for the night due to storms in area and we were on bike visiting for bike week so we took what was convenient. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and clean, could have used another pillow but I was able to get an extra towel and a rag to wipe the seats off. Staff was very nice!"

"The room was very clean but smelled like someone cooked fish in the microwave. The tub did not drain properly and unfortunately due to the weather the staff in the water park had to rush out and left the music on till 12:30 in the morning. Checking out was easy peasy and the screens on the balcony was amazing especially at peak bug season. all in all I would consider staying again but not at over $500/night"
