"I recently stayed at El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday, and I want to give a special shoutout to our amazing Guest Service Specialist, Carlos! From start to finish, Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. He assisted with dinner reservations for my mom’s birthday, arranged a birthday cake to make her celebration extra special, and helped coordinate additional dining reservations throughout our stay. He also made sure our airport transportation was arranged and coordinated tram pickups directly from our room so we could easily get around the resort. What truly stood out was Carlos’s attentiveness, responsiveness, and genuine care. No matter what we needed, he was always willing to help and made us feel like a priority. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Carlos truly made a difference in our vacation experience, and we are so grateful for everything he did to make my mom’s milestone birthday special. If you’re staying at El Beso at Ocean El Faro, I highly recommend Carlos! He is a wonderful example of exceptional hospitality and a true asset to the resort. Thank you again, Carlos!"

"Most of the rooms are about a 20-minute walk from the lobby. There are a few golf carts that are supposed to take you there, but we still found ourselves waiting more than 10 minutes most of the time. The food was good on most days. The staff wasn’t very helpful. If you don’t specifically ask for help, you probably won’t get any. This applies to everything from getting your luggage to your room (they left ours at the lobby for hours) to getting directions to the gym (which is actually closed, so you have to go to another resort about a 20-minute walk away). There also isn’t enough seating around the pool. If you wake up after 9 AM, you probably won’t find a spot in the shade. Throughout the resort, you’re constantly approached by locals and staff trying to sell you things — at the pool, on the beach, and even while walking from your room. It gets pretty annoying. But overall, it was a nice experience."
