We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. "We absolutely loved this place! The room was clean and larger than we expected and the room was attached to the terrace/pool area so we could sit outside and enjoy beautiful views in the evening. Alessio and his staff are wonderful and so accomodating, we appreciated the helpful suggestions for navigating the area and the best sights to see. "The staff were really friendly when we arrived and the rooms were large, and beds comfortable enough. However, the sink was leaking in the room, which had a towel placed under it, so I sense the staff were aware of the leak. Despite us staying in October time, it was quite noisy within the hotel and it woke us multiple times in the night.
