"It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which...

The staff were amazing and always so responsive whenever we needed anything, no matter the time, which made our stay feel so easy and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Verona and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will 100% be staying here every time we come back to Verona.
