~ Beliggenhed er i et rimeligt shifty kvarter.
~ Personalet kunne meget lidt engelsk.
~ Morgenmaden var ekstrem ligegyldig - brødet var desuden muggent en morgen.
~ Værelset var meget mørkt. Man blev nødt til at tænde lyset om dagen, og der var ikke mulighed for at åbne vinduerne eller trække gardinerne til siden.
~ Wi-fi var uregelmæssig med mange udfald.
~ Ingen engelsksprogede tv kanaler.

~ Aircondition var rigtig effektiv og god.
~ Hotellet havde en flot...

"Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. "

"Situated close to the city centre this is a very quiet location yet about 4 minutes walk from the main thoroughfare. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and English was spoken.
I was in Cloe room on 2nd floor and met my needs. A small safe, fridge (couple of complementary cans), sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The room was serviced daily and everything changed after 3 nights (I was there for 5).
There is a small rooftop area to sit in, close to an honesty bar. The Spa is...

"This was an amazing location and beautifully curated rooms. We felt like locals!
The breakfasts were very good with yummy desert options.
Unfortunately, due to no fault of the hotel, there was construction in between our rooms and the lobby which made it a little bit of a nuisance with bags to get in and out. Otherwise 5 stars all around.
This construction is temporary, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Really scary area for females! The roads around the hotel are blocked by tires, trash cans & lots of people selling what looks to be stolen clothes that are just heaped into piles. This area has tons of vagrants. I gave up my "non-refundable" reservation & just headed to a safer part of town & put down the money to stay somewhere else. Found this hotel with an AI search & will never do that again. Please be careful if you choose this hotel."

"The terrace at the hotel offers a superb view across Palermo towards the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other.
Our room was clean and functional, but rather small and gloomy. With two indentations to make room (presumably) for the addition of bathrooms, the room was not spacious. There was no attempt at decor and the sombre plain walls were rather downbeat.
The location on Via Roma is very good for central Palermo and the Centrale railway station.
