"We booked a triple room but it was not. It's just a room with a king bed. There was no one at the front desk or even available by phone or message for 20 hours. We kept calling and calling and no one could help us get the second bed we booked. The king bed was incredibly hard. In fact, the hospital bed they finally wheeled in was softer. The air conditioning didn't work. The shower was old and part of didn't work. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the lobby."

"There are 2 cafe/restaurants side by side as you walk out front door.The room was very small and no place to hang clothes unless you are around 6'6' as the only closet is out of normal reach.There is no fan for the room so we smelled the bathroom odor which had a Methane gas/sewer smell.We had to keep door closed to bathroom.The door in room opened to a building 20 ft away which was horrible to look at and tenants so no privacy if you need air.Towels were not allowed according to Lara every day...

"The location of this room is perfect. It is 100 feet from the piazza at Campo Di Fiori. "What a lovely place and location. You're right in the thick of Trastevere! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our travel plans. Breakfast is a nice touch and the patio area was a nice place to sit an unwind after walking all day.
