"The property itself was very nice as you’d expect However, a few things made the stay less than 10/10 The fees — I don’t think it’s that obvious when booking but there are a few hidden fees (for example, if there is evidence that you’ve used the kitchenette you have to pay €12 at the end, if you want the room etc cleaning it’s €20 each time) We also had 3 power cuts. There is no one on site that we could find so we sat in the dark for the first one for an hour trying to call a number you get...

"Moreno was an excellent host that explained the different parts of the B&B and was present every morning. He checked regularly if my stay was ok. My room was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast and access to ice cold water. Easy access to Pisa and Lucca by train and bus. Highly recommend!"
