"Our stay at Belcruz was absolutely amazing. From the staff, to the grounds and the food everything was five stars. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on the trip and the dinner was 5 star restaurant quality. The best part was how family friendly it was our kids had an amazing time exploring the trails on property, seeing the wildlife and playing with the B&Bs dog Rocky. If I could rate it higher I would. Absolutely fantastic experience and we will be back !!!"

"Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure. "The staff were amazing and the room always seemed to get organized and cleaned super well. They helped getting us a taxi to take us to different parts that we liked to go too. Also, the spa was AMAZING, we got it at 7 pm, so obviously it was already dark but the scenery and the nature noises made it even more relaxing. The location is very peaceful and calm, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities."

The property is full of wildlife, and we were able to watch spider monkeys swinging from the trees from the balcony of our room, as well as watch a variety of native birds and other native creatures without going anywhere else. "I found the staff to be very rigid with any additional requests. I was expecting a traditional bacon and eggs, but it was more like bologna bacon / guess it’s cheaper to feed guests. The butter was spoiled and expired the same month. It was orange and had a weird taste, and the staff would not help in supplying butter even an additional cost. The restaurant seems to be highly priced, especially for Canadians."
