"I had an 18-hour layover in Amsterdam and the location of this hotel was perfect for this occasion. Spacious rooms, non-smoking, beautiful views of gardens, quiet, good gym on the top floor, sunset view from the top floor was amazing, shuttles to and from airport but they stop between midnight and 6am (I took an Uber which was great). I got to the city center and back using the shuttles to airport and taking the train from there. The city center was crowded and noisy, I’m glad I didn’t stay they...

"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Beste, Niet schoon, open douche en wc in de kamer, hoe dan! Veel vocht daardoor en warmte in de kamer. Je ruikt de urine uit de wc als je ligt te slapen. Geen privacy echt niet fijn en ontlasten durf je niet want daar heeft de ander veel last van gezien open wc in de kamer. Het zou netjes zijn dat er een compensatie wordt gegeven. Hier hebben we niet voor gekozen, zeer teleurstellend"

"Revolving entrance door is too small and not convenient for senior/ disabled travelers with luggages. Breakfast area is quite simple and Breakfast is simple as well. Not much choice. Room's furniture is not enough and need to request table and chair. Room tidy up was told that they will do it only every 3 days. Towels will be replaced every 3 nights. "We enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and staff was welcoming. Our room was rather small but comfortable with well stocked essentials. Great location. They also offered bikes for use."

"The hotel staff were super friendly and the hotel is very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, the emphasis is on vegetarian food and there are lots of options available. The hotel is located next to the main A12 road so handy for a stopover and we didn't hear any traffic noise from our room. Walking it's about 15 minutes to the train station. "

"Also unter Comfort plus kann man auch in Amsterdam für den Kurs etwas anderes erwarten. Wir hatten statt Doppelbett und Einzelbett, einen Ausklappsessel… das is scho frech… leider auch zum Tümpel raus das Zimmer wo die ganze Nacht Frösche oder Enten am quacken sind. (Da kann das Hotel eher nix für schon klar, nervt trotzdem)"
