"Was in San Jose for a conference and enjoyed my 4-night stay. Used the gym daily, it worked out well. The spa was nice too. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant!"

"The property is aesthetically pleasing, updated rooms. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately a bath towel was still soiled; didn’t notice until I opened it. Front desk associate quickly informed housekeeping who had replaced the entire towel set. Busy street with occasional engine noise from speeding vehicles. Shower was slippery, there were no grab bars. The small rubber mat was not sufficient. Friendly staff."

"The room was clean. Everyone was very helpful. If I was to stay there again I would make sure I am not given Room #1. It is right next to the office. Apparently the manager/owner lives at the property (or at least someone is in the room that is adjacent to Rm 1). They stayed up very late. I could hear their TV playing until 1AM. Not very restful. "Keep an eye out, sometimes the clientele can be spicy! Props to the young lady working the night desk, because an old man started swinging and NOBODY CAME TO HELP HER👀 Anyhow...BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. Cheap, clean, convenient, but disclaimer: NO SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. One sad soap bar that somehow doesn't dissolve in water 👀"

"The room is not as clean as you maybe think. We found trash between the seat cushion of the chairs that were in the room and the ac unit filter was not clean properly everyday like they said. So check around the room before settling in as you have like a few minutes to check around. Parking is easy and the staff are all friendly and helpful."
