The staff were great with communication even before our arrival with providing details on check in and they were nice and friendly upon arrival and even carried all our luggage upstairs for us. "Super cutes Zimmer, sehr schön dekoriert und herzliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Perfekte Einweisung noch vor Ankunft per Whatsapp und gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Nachts war es uns aber zu kalt. "

"Leider hat das Apartment „Bravo“ ein sehr modrig riechendes Bad, was sehr unangenehm war. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht verdunkeln und fast alle Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind beschädigt bzw. Nicht richtig angebracht, sodass man die Fenster nicht allzu lange geöffnet lassen möchte (schwierig wegen modrigen Geruch). "

"It was wonderful to stay in a castle in Tuscany no less Every person we met was attentive and kind We were staying near friends and didn’t hang around the grounds much or use the pool but everything seemed well kept It’s really a place to retreat to eat at and sleep at which served our purpose well "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Our kids had fun on their playground and my wife and I enjoyed the views, the hospitality. And the entire experience. The food was outstanding. "

"Lovely relaxation options and wonderful restaurant attached to the property! Great for a stay where you are travelling through Tuscany by car! Do not recommend travelling by public transport or taxi as it is very expensive."
