"All the staff are very helpful and very easy to talk. The area of the hotel was noisy due it is in around termini. The amenities was closed down because they are doing something in the pool area so we didn’t enjoy much to swim and gym and also the spa. room was fine but the pillow smells like an old man who did not wash their pillowcases."

"We had a great experience staying at Rome Life Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great location. We almost walked to everything. Room are on the smaller side, and they were not able to get out two room near each other or on the same floor, but that wasn't a big deal. Beds are very comfortable for us, they are on the firmer side which we liked. Rooms and bath rooms and very clean, and property well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, everything was high quality and freah, and lots of options to meet everyone's need."

The air conditioning existed and worked incredibly well within our room. This was a relief with the temperature being so high. The room was expertly cleaned and well maintained. "We can’t say enough about our experience with Hotel Viminale. The location was great - a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and still walkable to most other key sites in Rome. Close to all bus and train stations and an abundance of choices for food, groceries etc. The building and room was amazing - clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooftop terrace was such a wonderful part of our experience where we spent most evenings drinking our own 3 euro bottles of wine (inexpensive but delicious!) enjoying the breeze and view. Although posted at the front desk, we missed the fact that the BZAR chain of hotels offers its guests free local experiences - cooking classes (pasta, Tiramisu, tours) and managed to take advantage of this incredible perk. The breakfast was excellent and set us up perfectly for a day of sightseeing. The rooms were air conditioned and made our stay comfortable in the heatwave. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!"
