"I had an amazing 3 night stay at the Hyatt. Price was very reasonable with breakfast, which was very good, included. The pool and sauna were nice. Hotel is pretty central right beside a metro station. The hotel is also part of a business complex and there’s a food court, grocery store and pharmacy inside the building. Only thing, and I should have asked front desk if it was becoming too annoying, is that my room was right beside the elevator shaft so it was a bit noisy at first, but I got used to it. The Hyatt will be the first hotel is check if I need to go back to Montreal. I highly recommend"

"Too much noise from the 24/7 gym, couldn’t fall asleep. Complained to the receptionist and security but none of them could fix the problems. If the receptionist in the next morning didn’t free the parking for me, it would rather be a 1 star than a 2 stars now. Also, pillows are dirty. "

"There was no laxury at all, I just wasted my total money. It was not even a king size bed which they provided and nothing provided for the utilities like toilet peppers which is basic, no one there on the front desk to ask for even a water. On the google they are saying they have parking on site but in actual they don't have it. It was so hilarious stay.Hotel is under construction and room is in the basement with full of dust and dirt."
