"My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Hotel Faubourg. We both said the same, the hotel itself is an older building but it was clean, staff were friendly and the price was great. When we arrived they told us we received an upgrade to a suite so right there we were impressed. We knew we would be doing lots of walking during our vacation and I purposely booked this hotel for two reasons, price and proximity to Old Montreal. It was easy to find our way around, we walked on average 12,000-15,000 steps...

"The rooms were large and well laid out. Include a kitchenette, laundry, and a seperate bedroom with a closing glass door. Everything was clean and the staff were efficient as well as unobtrusive . The location in the old part of the city was ideal."

"Huge room. Very nice."

"Great room, location perfect to visit friends who live nearby. Lots of amenities on the street."

"This place was huge! High ceilings and tastefully decorated."

"The place was amazing, easy check in if you upload everything the night before, there’s no parking but the hotel will send you instructions on where to park. The hotel room has all you need for cooking. I booked a month prior but found out the price dropped significantly the night before checkin. Unfortunately I booked with no refund so maybe purchase with free cancellation next time."

"The room was spacious, luxurious and so comfortable. The staff were amazing, always available to help. All we needed was a corkscrew for the champagne and you had provided it! The location was superb for fine dining close by, interesting architecture, and just a few minutes drive to the Bell Centre for a great night!! Also the beautiful Atwater Market was close. Bravo!! We hope to return and will refer others!!😊"

"Beware. Expect problems and low communication."

"It was a clean and beautiful stay, and on top of that I believe it’s a great price for its location where the street had so much lively cafes and shops! Communication with the place was easy, it was all through text but they always got back to you fast and clearly explained any misunderstandings I had. I would recommend this place and will return again !!"

"We had the first floor front room apartment with two separate bedrooms, the larger with a balcony. Each bedroom has a large comfy bed and its own tv. The apartment was very clean and open. The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower. The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...

"It’s a beautiful apartment and well located. Made our stay in Montreal really enjoyable."

"It was very pleasant and I would recommend, there is just one thing, toilets in room are lower than low. Need a crane to get off it."

"The room was great, with the full kitchen amenities needed for a great stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Small hiccups with the TV, owner should think about fixing it. Other than that, all good!"
