"Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen und bot alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. "The apartment was just 2 blocks away from the Duomo and the major shopping areas. It had everything we needed - space, kitchenette, washer/dryer, and the office being right downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and responsive. We had an issue with the washer and were out on a day trip the day before we checked out. We were stressed about having to travel with wet clothes but they sent the technician and took care of the issue, and made sure our clothes were washed and dried while we...

"The apartment was wonderful and the view was fabulous. They were very conveniently located to transportation, food and the place where all the busses park for various day trips.The only suggestion I would make is that it would be helpful if there was a tutorial booklet on how to use the appliances.
