"This is an awesome place in general, but our stay this time was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean and the restaurant was horrible. The staff did their best and we didn’t pay for the meal that wasn’t edible and left with a gift card. "
"The place is run down, dirty, and should be shut down. Room was not clean, carpet is pulling apart, plywood floor is sagging and 'bouncy' in places, tub and bathroom not clean, 'repairs' to trim, caulk, paint were terrible. Outside a pair of guard dogs were chained in the 'yard' with trash, scrap materials, and other debris. Parking lot is in poor condition, with some broken down vehicles, a few of which were being used for storage. My travel partner slept in the car rather than in the room, it was that bad in their judgement. Noisy location and illicit activity throughout the night. Extra charges above what was shown on Orbitz."
"Right from the moment we checked in we knew it wasn’t going to be good! The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us, as much as she read a script. We were on the second. Floor and there was no elevator. I have a bad knee, so I was hoping to get a ground floor room, but there was no response from her. The pilllows on the bed were so old, they became flat immediately. Went for breakfast, and they were out of yogurt as was posted on the fridge, that went on for 3 days, no cream cheese as was posted, old donuts, and no coffee cups.
We left for the day, and when we returned, our room was not made up, to which the response was, “we only do the rooms every second day”! I am paying for a service, and I expect to get that service! We were there 4 nights and only had our room cleaned once! I had to use a hanger to close the curtains, because they were so torn and frayed, they wouldn’t stay together.
DO NOT STAY HERE!"
