Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch! They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zermatt. "
