Jeg har bodd på Livada Hotel to ganger i løpet av de siste tre ukene, og jeg er svært fornøyd med fasilitetene, servicen og maten. Likevel passet ikke utformingen av badet helt for meg, verken under det første eller det andre oppholdet. Den første rommet hadde et separat toalett, noe som føltes lite praktisk, og i begge rommene var skyvedørene til badet vanskelige å lukke helt, slik at privatlivet ikke var optimalt. I tillegg manglet både bad og toalett tilstrekkelig ventilasjon. Litt forbedring her ville gjort opplevelsen helt perfekt.

Sehr schön hergerichtet, konnten uns schon um 11 Uhr an der Rezeption anmelden, bekammen die Karten für unsere Zimmer gleich. So das wir bis 14 Uhr schon baden gehen konnten und dann ab 14 Uhr ins Zimmer gehen konnten. Wo unser Koffer schon auf uns gewartet hat,den wir nach dem anmelden schon dem Portie gegeben haben. Haben am Tag des CheckOuts auf Frühstück im Hotel verzichtet, da wir es beim CheckIn schon angesprochen haben das wir nicht Frühstücken werden,bekammen wir dann eine Lunchbox mit für die Heimreise. War eine sehr schöne Geste und Idee.

Schönes Hotel mit leichten Schwächen für 5 Sterne

Wir sind schon einige Jahre Stammkunden. Leider sind jedes Jahr kleine Veränderungen zum Negativen. Zum Beispiel gibt es kein Shampoo mehr welches man zum Duschen ins Schwimmbad mitnehmen kann. Der Duschbereich müsste dringend erneuert werden - ist eines 5 Stern Hotels nicht würdig! Die Matratze in unserem Zimmer war so weich dass meine Frau Kreuzschmerzen bekam und wir vorzeitig nach Hause fahren mussten. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet hatte reichliche Auswahl und war für meinen Geschmack sehr gut.

Hoteleigener Thermenbereich war ausreichend

Das gesamte Hotel war sehr schön und wir haben uns richtig entschieden, dass wir dieses und nicht eines der beiden anderen Thermenhotels gewählt haben. Auch die Therme 3000 hat uns nicht überzeugt - viele Leute im Wasser. Für Kinder vermutlich ein Paradies wegen der vielen Rutschen, für Ruhesuchende eher nicht geeignet. Dafür war der hoteleigene Thermenbereich sehr schön und auch völlig ausreichend. Im Wellnessbereich könnte etwas mehr Platz für Liegen sein, ansonsten gibt es alles was man braucht. Einzig das Abendbuffet war enttäuschend. Die panierten Hühnerschnitzerl sahen wie billige Tiefkühlware aus und der Zwiebelrostbraten kann mit österreichischer Qualität nicht mithalten. Die Nachspeisen entsprachen nicht einem 5-Sterne-Hotel (zB Wackelpudding statt Mousse au chocolate oder auch einfach nur Joghurt aus dem Plastikbecher vom Discounter). Das Frühstücksbuffet wiederum war lecker. Für 1-2 Nächte würden wir wieder kommen.

Personalet var veldig vennlig. Når det gjelder prisene og kategori 5 med stjerner er vi ikke fornøyd. Jeg tror at bassengene i dårlig stand, lekkende tak og nattaktive insekter som går rundt på hotellet om natten ikke passer et hotell i 5-stjerners kategorien.

Schönes Hotel aber in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel hat sicher einmal den 5 Sternen entsprochen - vieles ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und wurde nicht ausreichend gepflegt - die Fliesen in den Becken sind zum Teil gelb, der Duschbereich auch schon renovierungsbedürftig.
