"I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the severe issues my family experienced during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the conditions and service failures we encountered made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Due to the extent of the problems and the significant disruption to our stay, I am formally requesting a full refund.
Upon arrival, the hotel strongly smelled of cigarette smoke despite numerous non‑smoking signs. The odor permeated the hallway as well as our bathroom. When we reported this, we were provided a can of deodorizing spray and instructed to use it outside our room—an inappropriate and inadequate response to a sanitation and air‑quality concern.
We also discovered that the whirlpool bath in our suite was non‑functional. Although we notified staff, no solution, repair, or alternative accommodation was offered.
Throughout the first evening, approximately 50–60 individuals occupied the pool area directly below our balcony. The noise level was excessive to the point where we could not hear the television, and our 7‑year‑old child was unable to sleep. Additionally, the pool water was extremely cold and unusable, and there were no pool towels available.
The following day, our toilet malfunctioned. While it was eventually repaired during our absence, we were initially offered only a plunger. Our room was also not serviced—no fresh towels, no trash removal, and no replenishment of basic supplies. This required another trip to the fr"
