"Giorgos was a great host and made our stay amazing! He was very responsive and checked in with us via message throughout our stay! The location of the property is in the heart of it all, making walking everywhere so easy! Giorgos provided us with many recommendations for food, villages and beaches and they did not disappoint! "The room was excellent with an unparalleled view of the port of Chania! The staff we so friendly and attentive and were always ready to give us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and more! Breakfast every day was delicious (and very filling!) and getting to walk outside and be in the center of Old Chania was simply incredible!"

"Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...

"The perfect end to our honeymoon holiday. Christina the host was amazing answered any questions we had and was very friendly. We had room 5 which was the top floor with roof top terrace and hot tub. Well decorated and pretty room. We truly had an amazing stay."

"We only stayed one night, but wish we could’ve stayed longer! Eva was so helpful in getting us settled in, setting up a taxi to the airport, truly amazing hospitality. It’s a beautiful building with great views of the harbour. Can’t beat the location either!"

"Our experience at Thallos was amazing. Upon arriving Valia offered us cold drinks and a quick presentation of the city with a bunch of helpful suggestions on what to do. She worked really hard and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible (f.e. borrowing sun umbrellas for the beach and bringing fresh muffins into our room). The room was as described and was cleaned everyday. Overall would really recommend this place!"

"This hotel was lovely. Our room had a deck facing right onto the harbor of the Venetian old town and it was gorgeous. The breakfast that was served to our rooms daily as part of the daily rate was delicious. It was right in the heart of everything so amazing restaurants and shops were right out the door. The downside to that is it was loud at night with the bars below but it didn't keep us up after the long busy days. Also there are no cars in the old town so if you plan to rent a car, prepare...
