"We had a very pleasant stay at Riad Luciano. The riad is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina, making it a great base for exploring Marrakech. What truly makes this place special is the staff, especially Salah. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed. The hospitality from the entire team really stood out and made our stay memorable. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars...

"Super Unterkunft, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen! Lage top und 10 Minuten Gehweg vom Zentrum Jamaa el-fna entfernt. Aber man muss ca. 400m zur Unterkunft laufen, da es nicht mit Auto direkt erreichbar ist. Das Personal hat viele Empfehlungen geben können und war bei allem hilfreich. Die Zimmer, der Pool und die Unterkunft an sich waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Einzig das Bad hätte täglich geputzt werden können wenn möglich. Auch die Dachterasse war top und hatte sehr viel Platz zum...

"Staff was great!"

"On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming, with mint tea and confectionery while we registered. We were early so they happily looked after our luggage while we went for lunch. On our return we were shown to our superior room. We were somewhat taken aback once inside. The entire room was painted black, the walls and the ceiling, even the bathroom was painted black, walls, ceiling and including the bath. It obviously made it very dark and dingy and it felt very oppressive. Once the lamps...

"It’s extraordinarily clear that the staff want you to feel well cared for. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. That said, just like most of the city - If you look closely, you see the cracks. The biggest bump in feeling completely relaxed was the presence of a dead cockroach in our bathroom ceiling lamp. Overall though, a very pleasant stay with some amazing humans that made us feel well cared for. Bonus points for the tortoise in the courtyard."
