"This is my first time using a shared house. The guests from New Zealand are wonderful! I did not interact with the other guests, but they are cordial and civil. Overall, the entire place is clean; the kitchen, the refrigerator, the laundry room, and the living room are well kept."

"My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before getting on a cruise. It was perfect when we arrived staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great easy access to the port and walkable distance to all of the highlights in Seattle! Places with super clean! I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city! "

"After celebrating the life of my Aunt who passed away, I returned back to the hotel to the valet parking lot and was not provided service by a staff member. The staff member ignored me and then provide service till after one of his colleagues open the door for other residents, and I asked if someone was covering valet he pointed to the individual that refused to help me and then that person stood up and walked over to provide assistance. That is the reason I gave four stars to the staff because...

"The staff were helpful and polite I thought going to the hallway for hot water for tea was inconvenient if your undressed in your room Also I would of like access to purchase food"

"Check in was super easy and even got an upgrade to a bigger room. Hotel is conveniently located right by the pier and only a short walk to the sports areas and music theatre. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was well stocked and an easy way to grab something in the morning. Had a coffee machine in the lobby which was also great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely people at a charming house with character, in a perfect location. Had a lovley balcony area which i enjoyed snacks. I was able to purchase some wine from the B&B. Everybody i encountered was lovely, including the super friendly black lab and white kitty. I will be back for sure! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was sophisticated. The biggest highlight though was the incredible staff. Each staff member we engaged with was warm, sincere, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. We’d definitely recommend booking here."

"Robin was one of the staff who checked in us. Very welcoming and kind. We visited Seattle for our anniversary and she did her best to make our stay special. Hotel is in good location and walkable to every part of the town. Good cafes around. Expensive valet but I guess it is much more convenient and safer compared to other parking around. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and lobby needs some upgrades."

"New, clean building. Rooms are on the smaller side, and designed with poor ergonomics which makes for an uncomfortable stay. Had some trouble communicating with the front desk. We did not receive housekeeping service for a 5 night stay, this is unacceptable. The bathroom door is sliding frosted glass so doesn’t latch shut or lock and leaks a lot of light into the room during the night when in use.
