"Nice property. Room is very clean. Staff was friendly. Check in after hours was easy. My 4 night stay was great with 2 issues.
Their laundry machines did not work, although they told me they did. To their credit, they arranged for me to do laundry at a nearby hotel.
The second issue maybe is nothing but seemed unusual in that when I arrived back in my room mid afternoon on my third day, a housekeeping lady was in their cleaning along with 2 boys seemingly maybe high school perhaps they were her sons.
When I walked in, one of the boys was standing on my scale, laughing with the other boy… Yes, I bring my scale when I’m traveling for a while. I’m a fitness junkie don’t judge :-)
I did not hang a do not disturb sign on my door, which I should have done, however, they did not clean any of the previous two days when I did not hang the sign on my door either, so I was quite shocked to see her with two kids in my room. She was working and cleaning. They seem to be just looking around and checking things out.
They left somewhat quickly after I arrived. Had I known they were coming? I would not have left it such a wreck. I was so embarrassed. I gave her some cash and told her thank you.
Later, a few minutes after they left my room One of the boys came back for his phone. He had left by the sink. Also, it looked like she had her two young daughters, or someone’s children, with her as well, young, but they were not in my room. They were down a few rooms down. Overall fine stay."
