"We chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool and we wanted to exercise before we got on an airplane. However, the pool was closed due to a broken heater. Their breakfast was okay but certainly wasn't worth paying for when there's so many other restaurants around. There was a big rip carpet in front of our room. On the good side, the bed was really comfortable and the people were fairly nice. Nice. There is an exercise room with some weights and some treadmills."

"The hotel keeps charging my card after I’ve already paid. Had to wait a few hour after to get checked in. Rooms were not clean. Did not get what I booked. No clean towels or rags. Toilets were clogged. "

"Our stay at Staybridge Suites Rochester was exceptional. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They provided us with information about the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast was decent, and coffee was provided 24 hrs. Will return if back in the area."

"Other than the bathroom door sticking and making it difficult to open and close easily (I mean, it really got stuck), room was great and fit our needs. Staff were pleasant, accommodating, and so helpful (shoutout to Jessica who checked me in!). Restaurant staff bent over backwards to make drink special requests, and beautiful smiles when serving our delicious food. Thanks for a great wknd! Close to all that Rochester has to offet!"
