"The staff was amazing. The front desk dealt with an expedia bug that double booked customers very graciously and were very welcoming every day of my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood close to most places you want to visit in nyc. They have a great lounge where you can enjoy drinks, food and watch a world cup game. The staff is what absolutely makes this place amazing . From the front desk to the staff at the lounge they are all superstars !! See you soon Eddie"

"Dirty sheets I paid for city view they put me in a corner with view of buildings. Oh and the curtain didn’t work so the window was up the entire time. I was so annoyed I left the 2nd night around 8 to stay in another hotel."

"Every time we go to visit NYC we always stay here. We stay about 2-3 times a year. The location is about 5 min drive to Port Imperial which is the ferry that takes you to NYC. it has self parking on premises, stores around the corner, very clean and comfortable. My kids love the experience. Staff is always nice and on point. I gave 4 star for the amenity due to the pool. Its much smaller than it looks and its veryyy cold. "Elevator quit working and travelling up and down 7 floors is not pretty. Thankfully we’re young enough; but the old folk - that was hard to see; let alone imagine what they were going through. Scary to think of if emergency were to occur. Staff nonchalant front desk and many of them. Doormen were great Room clean was good"

"I usually don't leave reviews but this time I will make an exception. Although this hotel may not be located in the best section of the city, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I was therefore first week of the world cup and the day the Knick won the championship. Although that had a larger than normal crowd the managed the parking, breakfast and maid service professionally and quickly. Inwould definitely stay here again."

"Good location with subway close to getting in and out of the city. Had everything we needed in a room for 3 people but it was fairly noisy with people arriving and leaving at all times and there was no lifts so people were loud getting luggage down the stairs. The neighbourhood was fairly safe but had a fair amount of homeless people as most city’s would."

"The rooms are neat and clean. It's a no frills hotel but it has everything you'll need. All the amenities were new and functioned great - AC, TV, lights, furniture, bed, linens. The bath was sparkling clean and recently renovated. Staff is helpful and attentive."
