"The room had a strong musty smell. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was VERY lackluster. I was not impressed with the breakfast selection. Due to getting in at 10pm, there were no linens for the extra air mattress we had to rent. So we paid extra for an air mattress (we had 5 in our room) but couldn’t get a sheet, blanket, or pillow."

"We have stayed at two separate Comfor Ann & Suite locations this past month. This stay was for 5 days with two adults and a child 4yo. The property was clean and the staff was super nice and was available to help us when we requested new linens and provided excellent service. The pool and hot tub were better than a Hilton we experienced recently as well- it is detached and indoors with floor to ceiling windows which had open floor-side vents to outside which created the perfect atmosphere of fresh air to swim; along with it being saltwater and lightly warmed was just so nice as I am 5months pregnant. Room was spacious and clean- we got a suite with the bedroom tucked in its own area away from the living space. The only single thing was that our tub did not have a working plug so we had to improvise to have a bath but that was ok because the shower worked great including the different shower head functions. Would absolutely stay here again and in fact look forward to doing this same trip again in the future. Breakfast was included and had a mix of hot and cold items to choose from. "
