"We were put in a room where the air conditioning did not work. When we brought this to their attention we were moved, yet it seemed like they were not surprised. We asked for an extra pillow and were told there should be one on the shelf of the closet, but there was only a blanket there. In our 2nd room there was also no extra pillow. There were not enough outlets in the room. The refrigerator, microwave, and tv were plugged into an extension cord. We struggled to find outlets to charge...

"Creative rooms that were clean and fun. No staff on site, however chat staff helpful with quick responses and solutions. Area around property sketchy, dining extremely limited in town. Town was nonexistent and not worth visiting."

"After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "Great price. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Towels were replenished daily. We felt very safe here. Convenient location. Excellent coffee shop just up the road (Perk and Play)! Washer and dryer on sight. Cons: Not completely able to control the temp of the room. During the day the room felt comfortable but every night we burned up. Location is right beside a busy road so we heard traffic all the time. We would stay here again though."

"Check in went. Manager was present with a warm welcome. Personally showed me the room The room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. All for a good price. Very nice and appreciayed"

"Beautiful hotel decorated like a lodge with wooden stairs and stuffed animals. Room was like new clean and everyone I spoke with was soo nice. I really enjoyed my stay. Loved it."

"Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again."

"We will check in at 10:00 p.m. they give us a room we went there, it's already been occupied. Then we went to front desk they gave us another room at third floor it's also occupied. Finally we wait for the room to cleaned. Hallway an the room full of stinky smell. No toilet paper in washroom. Washroom light switch has loose connection, we left the light on for all night. Very uncomfortable stay"
