"We checked in with our dog who has severe food allergies. She immediately found food under the desk. I tried to pull her back and opened her mouth, but was only able to get a small piece of whatever it was out of her throat. She went crazy sniffing. We've stayed in many pet rooms, but she has never acted so frantic. She then found more food behind the garbage can. I called and spoke with the manager who was super kind and very apologetic. I asked if i could use their vacuum and she brought it to the room. There was so much stuff on the floor. You could hear the vacuum picking everything up, and not just beside the wall or under the bed, but in the actual high traffic areas as well. We were horrified. My husband then noticed foid crumbs on the tv stand and dresser, so the room was obviously not cleaned. The carpets were a wrird color and pattern, so no noticeable if dirty just by sight. I called and spoke with the manager again and asked if we could get a different room. She put us in a non pet room which was much better, but defintely would not stay again. Our poor girl has had diarrhea for the last day and a half, with blood. So whatever she got definitely flared her IBD. This has made the last week of our travel home very rough."
"Had no complaints, the only issue was the shower needs to be changed in a way that water from the shower is contained with in the shower and not spill all over the floor of the rest of bathroom. Other than that very good for the price."
"Our biggest issue was that our keys never worked! Like ever! Outside doors,or, room doors. The keys would just unprogram or would be programed but still wouldnt open the doors. Im patient typically, but it definitely got a bit annoying when you were parked in the far back and had to get back in the car or walk around just to get inside. There was a guy there that ran and opened the door and ran down and got us new keys one night. He was very sweet to do so, as we were exhausted.
** Breakfast was really good.
Room was clean."
