"We didn't know that you needed to request to have your room cleaned. Apparently we were supposed to have been told that upon check in, but did not receive the message until we asked. Not a biggie as we generally don't ask for our room to be cleaned until after about the third day. The air conditioning in the room is hard to control and the vent blows directly at the bed with no way to angle it.
