"Room was nice and clean. Shower hot water supply was not that great. Heat pump on 30 didnt heat the unit sufficiently. No extra heaters in the rooms so we bought our own to heat the our bedroom. Outdoor pool wasn't very warm. Private spa was only just warm considering we ran only hot water to fill tub. Tub was grubby, could feel the uncleanliness on the sides. Good location, nice staff, nice facilities, just a couple of things let it down a bit."

"Perfect for families! We are super impressed staying at this little apartment. It was perfect for our families needs, very clean and tidy, the host was lovely and welcoming. It was spacious and had a great layout and it was so warm when we checked in, with extra heaters/cooling fans. The main living had a king single and a double pull out sofa bed. It has a well equipped kitchen. Then off the kitchen through the door is a mini hallway with closet space, iron and hair dryer + the bathroom. The...

"2 bedrooms room, Check in efficiency, staff nice, clean, the room is big, can park vehicle in front of department, however must need to transfer luggage upon the staircase ypurself. Only one bathroom, and the other is only washroom. The shower is only attached on the wall."

"Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks"
