"The property grounds are very lovely, spacious, wonderful trees and green space, plenty of parking, and wonderful views and access to the lake. We used the tennis court, ping pong table, pool, and hot tub during our stay, and they were all great. The pool is not heated, so the water was too cold for our family, but I’m certain it would be very welcoming during the warmer summer months. The hot tub was nice, although some of our group thought it would be nice if it were hotter. The on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff in reception were always friendly and responsive. Our family of five stayed in a three bedroom accommodation, and it had the perfect amount of space. We arrived late afternoon, and check-in was quick and smooth. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. There were plenty of extra outlets for charging everyone’s phones. There was plenty of kitchenware and fridge space although we didn’t really use any of it this stay. We did encounter some ants on the kitchen counter and dining table even though we didn’t have any food in the place (we ate all of our meals at local restaurants and did not bring back any leftovers/takeaway), but ants can happen anywhere, anytime so we did not get worked up over it. The place was otherwise clean and cozy. If we return to the area, we would happily stay here again."

"Loved the private outside hot tub, completely private . Plenty of water to fill it between uses. The room is spacious. The bathroom was modern and the shower impeccable with glass enclosure. We always bring the our own coffee machine but there were other options for coffee. It was close to all amenities and attractions. The staff was super accommodating. I did t use the stove but fridge was spacious for our needs."

"Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place"
