"We had a truly wonderful experience at Skamania Lodge. We stayed in the treehouse, and it was absolutely beautiful—very nice, cozy, and such a unique experience. We loved it.
The restaurant service was excellent, and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the gift shop were especially kind and helpful and did a great job.
The spa and swimming pool area were also a highlight. LauraBeth, who works in that area, was incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful. She took the...

"Excellent space- clean & classy! Perfect location that’s walking distance to all the best things in downtown Hood River.
The hot tub/spa area is an amazing bonus.

"The staff is SO nice. During check in, check out, and when I needed a new key. They greeted my dog with a treat :)
The hot tub room was a fun, unique experience but not sure it’s worth the extra cost with the pool available. "

"Everything was clean, cozy, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed live jazz music on a Saturday night with the glow of a beautiful fire. Some people danced while others simply enjoyed the revalry. My wife and I also enjoyed the best breakfast in town downstairs at Broder "

"Staff was accommodating and room was clean. I requested to extend my stay one more night at a cheaper rate. They were going to have me transfer to a different room to get the low rate. Which was fine. Then they called me back and said she got the manager to allow me to remain in my same room, for better convenience. That made me smile and made my day!!! I wasn’t expecting it and was willing to transfer.
So thank you for great customer service."
