"From the moment I booked my stay until the day I checked out, Infinity Bay exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Monica and Misty, who were incredibly kind, patient, and responsive in answering all of my questions. They have outstanding customer service. I also truly appreciated the Reservations team for paying close attention to my requests. It’s the little details that make a big difference, and they absolutely delivered. Throughout my stay, I felt completely safe. The resort’s security team, shout- out to Samir who does an excellent job, which allows me to relax and fully enjoy my solo vacation with complete peace of mind. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. My room was spotless every single day, and their consistency and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I stayed in 1202 A and 806 both amazing units. Infinity Bay offers one of the most beautiful beachfront experiences I’ve ever had. Between the outstanding service, the warm hospitality, and the breathtaking location, this was a vacation I’ll remember for a long time. One area that could use improvement is the pool bar, referred as La Palapa Beach Bar & GrillAt times, it felt as though the bartenders would intentionally overlook guests, which was frustrating. Additionally, there were not enough servers to service pool, table and beach areas, leading to longer wait times. Thank you to everyone at Infinity Bay for making my stay amazing. I look forward to returning soon!"

"The resort was beautiful. Food was okay. The only thing that I think they can improve is giving the guests more information about the restaurants that are open when cruise ship guests are there. We were given no information. I asked a waiter and he told me certain times but they were wrong. The beach was beautiful. Some days there were like 6 guests on it. This was pretty nice. Everything shuts down around 9pm though. So if you like to have drinks later in the night. This is not the resort for you."
