"I was given the wrong room and was not helped to be accommodated for what I requested bkd. The breakfast is not worth it, you might as well go to the Tim’s across the street for breakfast. The coffee was the frost I have ever had in my life. The desk staff lily or Lucy was very unhelpful or empathetic and just kept on saying well that’s what it is and didn’t try to solve the issue. The only good thing was housekeeping. They were great and cleaned nicely!"

"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean tidy room and well maintained. The linens and towels were clean and were neatly replaced or done each day. The stay included complimentary continental breakfast which was really good. The lady at the breakfast counter was really courteous and was replenishing food frequently. All of the front staff were really courteous and were helpful. "The hotel is getting old and could use some updates. The beds were not comfortable but the room was clean. We were kept up for 2 hours in the middle of the night because an intoxicated man was yelling outside our room and banging on the room next door."
