"The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. "The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

Thankfully my room was on a fairly lower level and I was able to access the stairwell. Amenities were so-so. Towels were threadbare. Valet was nice. "There was improvement construction ongoing which was not problematic during out stay. Breakfast was a nice selection of various foods. The lemon infused water in the foyer was a nice touch. There was also a coffee bar near the front desk available at all times. Great place for those working in the area with a private office and laundry facilities onsite as well. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers."

"There was construction happening on the road in front of the hotel, which was not their fault, so the hotel gave out earplugs and tried to book me into a room far away from the noise. The room was nice, and I enjoyed the stay as a result."

"The room smelt so bad of urine and cigartettes is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. There were people outside of our room swearing and being loud. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for the price and if you are traveling with children."
