"I enjoyed my five-week stay at Astoria Hotel, primarily because of hospitality, professionalism, and respectfulness of the staff. I also especially enjoyed the restaurant’s included breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet option. The location was ideal for me as I was conducting research at the Maharashtra Archives but also near other important Mumbai sites. I stayed in two different rooms; the second one featured beautiful gold blackout curtains, apparently new. My only recommendation would be...

"Nice hotel. Convenient location. Front office staff manned by freshers and trainees. They seem overwhelmed and not adequately trained. Room service and cleaning personnel are efficient. Hotel is next to busy road and a wedding banquet hall in addition to construction site. Rooms need better sound proofing. Overall it’s ok. "
